Refund policy

Every VOLDECOR plate is made to order in the type and color you choose, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. We want you to love your plate, so here is how we help:

Damaged or wrong item. If your plate arrives damaged, or it's not the type or color you ordered, email us at hello@voldecor.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, and you don't need to send anything back.

Wrong type ordered. If you ordered the wrong switch type or size, message us within 30 days of delivery. Send the plate back unused and uninstalled, and we'll make and ship the right one free of charge. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Cancellations. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we start making and preparing your plate for shipping. Write to us at hello@voldecor.com.

Refunds. If you cancel within 1 hour, or if we can't make a replacement for a damaged or wrong item, we refund you in full to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
